We provide a number of sales coaching/training workshops for you to choose from but we usually put together a bespoke workshop with content selected to your requirements. These are delivered in workshop format addressing the real issues that your staff face. The training relates to your processes and products. We only provide training in a "consultative sales process". This is all about creating a good relationship with the prospective buyer and selling to their needs and wants and desires. It is not about a "hard sell". The consultative sales process is based upon the sales person setting themselves up as a "trusted advisor" and then providing the customer with the appropriate advice and closing the sale.
